Your people pay nothing
A discounted rate for organizations
You are told a name, and nothing else
Right now, all you can do is listen.
Someone on your team is carrying debt they have not told anyone about. When it comes to you, there is nothing you can offer. You listen. That is where it ends.
Walking in
Excited to be there.
Walking out
Weighed down by money stress.
Imagine you could do more than listen.
I hear you, and we work with a company I can point you to. Here is their website. Go there and schedule. And when you go, it is covered. This is something we give our people.
They book, they start, and somebody who knows what they are doing walks with them.
What changes at work
They can focus, and they can stay
The pressure comes off. What was taking up room in their head all day stops taking up room.
They better understand the value of their money and respect yours
You will see an improvement in how they value their time and yours, their resources and yours.
They show up with purpose
When the money has somewhere to go, the work it comes from starts to mean something.
Not to service debt. Not to pay for the past.
Their money now gets to go into their future.
What your employee has at the end of six months
Six months is not a round number. At three months a person is still forming a habit. Six months is where it stops being something they are doing and becomes who they are with money.
What they walk away holding
- A spending plan built on their own numbers, not a template
- A debt payoff order, with the balances named and the sequence set
- A giving, saving and spending split they chose, and can keep running on their own
- The Money Mastery budgeting software, free for a full year
- A place to keep going, in the free Biblical Wealth Builders community
What they have learned to do
- Say where their money is going before the month starts, instead of after it ends
- Decide what a dollar is for before it arrives
- Have the money conversation they were avoiding, including with a spouse
- Treat money as a tool with a job, rather than a scoreboard
- Keep the habit going once the coaching ends, which is the whole reason it runs six months
Foluke is a financial coach. She is neither a financial advisor nor an attorney, and she is not a tax professional. She does not sell financial products, manage anyone's money, or promise anyone a number. What each person does with their plan is theirs. Individual experiences vary.
How it works
- 1
Your organization is issued a code
One code, for your people to use.
- 2
They use it when they book
Nothing for you to approve or forward.
- 3
One invoice at the end of the month
Only what your people actually used.
- 4
You pay it
A code nobody used costs nothing.
Your people pay nothing. Your organization pays a discounted company rate. One price list for businesses, churches and nonprofits alike.

What clients say
The organization program is new, so these are individuals and couples I have coached. It works the same way for staff.
The feeling of relief... things are possible that you don't realize until someone unbiased is looking at it. You make it clear. You make it sound possible... and you do it in such a loving, non-judgmental way. I feel so comfortable and safe. I already referred someone to you.
I've wiped out a lot of my debt and now I am positioned to build wealth.

Straight answers
These four are the ones that decide it, so Foluke would rather answer them here than have you wondering later. The rest are below them.
Asked first
Is this financial advice? Are you licensed to give it?
This is financial coaching and education. Budgeting, debt payoff, spending plans, money habits.
It is not investment, tax or legal advice, and I do not sell financial products. So you are not arranging regulated advice for anyone. You are giving your people access to coaching.
Is this religious? Will it exclude staff of another faith, or of none?
I teach money from a biblical perspective and I say so up front.
What happens in a session is the same for everyone: a clear picture of where you stand, a debt payoff order, and a plan built on your own numbers.
I have written down where I stand, including what I do not teach on. Read Where I Stand.
Everyone is welcome. My focus and my attention are really on the financial piece and on improving everyone's finances. I am here to serve people individually. They do not need to share my faith to be my client. I am not preaching to them. My coaching sessions are not sermons. I am just making it clear who I am, and I accept them as they are too.
Will I be told which of my employees used it? Do they know that?
A name, and nothing else.
You are paying the invoice, so you are entitled to know the people on it are real. A count cannot be checked. A name can. That is where the line sits.
| Your organization is told | Your organization is never told |
|---|---|
| The employee's name | Anything about their financial situation |
| Which service was used | Whether they are in debt, saving, or building net worth |
| The date it was used | Whether they booked as an individual or a couple |
| The amount owed for it | Why they came, or what they discussed |
| The monthly total | Any notes, documents or figures from the session |
Your employees see this in plain words beside the code field, before they use it.
Are you going to sell my employees something on top of what I paid for?
Fair question.
You cover a defined service. If someone wants to keep going after that, they are free to, at their own cost. Nothing more is ever charged to you without a new code and your agreement.
Everything else
What exactly do my employees get?
Find the Money: six months of one-on-one coaching, working from their own numbers toward a debt payoff strategy and a plan that fits their real life.
Organizations who start with the shorter Group Financial Freedom Consultation get a clear picture of where they stand and a debt payoff order in that one session.
What they have at the end of the six months is set out above, under what your employee has at the end of six months.
What does it cost me, and how am I billed?
$5,000 for Find the Money, the six month one-on-one program, per employee. The two hour Group Financial Freedom Consultation is $197 per person or $297 per couple.
One invoice for what your people actually used. A code nobody used costs nothing.
What are your credentials, and how long have you done this?
Ramsey Certified Financial Coach and Financial Peace University Facilitator, author of two books, and host of the TodayPLANTomorrow podcast, now in Season 2. See the full list.
Ten years coaching finance without pay, alongside twenty four years coaching people on the job in her corporate career. She holds a certificate in designing training, and has spent several years as a Boy Scout merit badge counselor. She has been coaching officially, in her own business, for a year and a half.
What results have other clients seen?
Read and watch what clients say above. The organization program is new, so there is no employer case study yet. When there is one, it will be here.
What every person can expect to have, and to have learned, by the end of the six months is set out under what your employee has at the end of six months.
How do my employees sign up, and how much work is it for me?
They book online and enter the code. Your part is sharing the link and paying one invoice a month.
Can I cap what I spend in a month?
You are only ever invoiced for what your people actually used.
Yes, you can also set a monthly cap. Foluke can be notified when a code is getting close to the limit, so she can let you know before it is reached.
Can I write this off?
You treat it as a deductible expense in the normal way, subject to your own accountant's advice. Nothing on this page is tax advice.
Do you cover remote staff, or staff in other states?
Yes. Coaching is delivered virtually, and Foluke serves clients nationally from Southern California.
Does this take people away from work during work hours?
Sessions are live on video, and each person picks the time that suits them.
Can you come and speak to our staff first, so they meet you?
Yes. A 2 hour speaking engagement, such as a lunch and learn or a staff meeting, is $297. Ask about a lunch and learn.
Who do I call if something goes wrong?
